Information on cases involving protection orders is not available through this site. The availability of documents that are dropped for filing at the Clerk's office or that are filed through the court's drop boxes may be delayed for up to one week.

NOTICE OF CASE REASSIGNMENT

Effective July 1, 2009, all civil and summary eviction cases in the Las Vegas Justice Court will be reassigned to Judges Saragosa and Sullivan in Departments 4 and 12 as follows:

Cases from Departments 1, 3, and 6 shall be reassigned to Department 4.

Cases from Departments 5, 9, and 11 shall be reassigned to Department 12.

Cases from Department 7 shall be randomly reassigned to both Departments 4 and 12.

Any hearings that are presently scheduled on these reassigned cases will take place at their scheduled dates and times but such hearings will be held in either Department 4 or 12’s courtrooms. Notices to this effect will be placed in the courtrooms of the Departments to which these cases are presently assigned.
